Chef since he was 18, Jean-Pierre Festino has been at the helm of the Brasserie d'Orléans for the past 4 years. He serves a refined bistro cuisine that explores fresh, seasonal produce. The menu changes daily. In the background, a playlist personalized by the chef himself takes you into universes that are always well thought out. We love the decor, the small bistro-style tables and benches and the friendly mood of the small team. The kitchen opens onto the dining room through a large glass window, and the door is always open!

Très bonne adresse, tout est très bien, de l’accueil à l’assiette en passant par l’atmosphère.

De passage sur Pau nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir manger dans la brasserie et découvrir leur cuisine qui est juste un délice.
Les plats sont copieux et très très bon,tout comme le service et le personnel.
