Chef since he was 18, Jean-Pierre Festino has been at the helm of the Brasserie d'Orléans for the past 4 years. He serves a refined bistro cuisine that explores fresh, seasonal produce. The menu changes daily. In the background, a playlist personalized by the chef himself takes you into universes that are always well thought out. We love the decor, the small bistro-style tables and benches and the friendly mood of the small team. The kitchen opens onto the dining room through a large glass window, and the door is always open!

En rentrant de vacances, arrêt au hasard dans cette petite Brasserie. Au moment très qualitatif de l'entrée au dessert.
Serveuse et cuistot avenant.
On aimerai que ça devienne notre petit QG Toulousain dommage c'est à Pau

A peine entrés dans le restaurant que la serveuse nous accueillait joyeusement puis viennent les repas pour ma part j’ai pris un délicieux pavé de bœuf avec sa sauce au poivre exquis . Je recommande ce restaurant :)
