Chef since he was 18, Jean-Pierre Festino has been at the helm of the Brasserie d'Orléans for the past 4 years. He serves a refined bistro cuisine that explores fresh, seasonal produce. The menu changes daily. In the background, a playlist personalized by the chef himself takes you into universes that are always well thought out. We love the decor, the small bistro-style tables and benches and the friendly mood of the small team. The kitchen opens onto the dining room through a large glass window, and the door is always open!

Excellent rapport qualité prix dans cette brasserie qui vous propose deux menus le midi uniquement. Nous avons pris la soupe à l'oignon en entrée, le saumon rôti en plat du jour et la mousse au chocolat pour terminer. La cuisine du chef est savoureuse. Le service est sympathique, rapide et efficace. Réservation obligatoire vu la taille du restaurant.
