The meat is excellent... for carnivores, I recommend the beef chateaubriand! a delight. And my entourage appreciate that there are dishes such as pig's trotters or kidneys à la carte! rare dishes in the restaurants! NB: in automobile period of Grand Prix Pau, you can book and will know that the restaurant is popular!
