The Brasserie Royale is a famous address in the heart of Henri IV's city. This establishment welcomes you in a friendly atmosphere in a soothing and friendly setting. You will be able to taste a typical cuisine with the region's essential specialities: Garbure, Magret Place Royale as well as the classic "Béarn bistros" dishes such as omelette with mushrooms, homemade foie gras, Serrano ham plate, duck confit or grilled salmon with béarnaise sauce. Friendly tasty brasserie outside in breezy Pau. I had the boudin and my wife had the goat cheese salad. Both excellent. €63 for two with 3 beer pressions and a sparkling water

Très déçu, je suis déjà venue il y à quelques années et j'ai donc conseillé à des amis de passage dans la région que nous allions nous retrouver ici . Mais les prix on affreusement augmenter et la qualité a baissé. Le menu enfant à 13 euros pour des nuggets congelé ou du poisson pané congelé également. Le risotto chipiron pas bon , mayo ketchup en sachet, bref plus de 100 euros pour deux adultes et deux enfants sans entrée ni boisson pour les adultes ça fait mal pour la qualité du repas reçu . Le services reste cependant bon mais la cuisine est à revoir, ou étudier les tarifs que ce soit cohérent.

Décevant... Le "pulled pork" burger était digne d'un restau U, mais 21 euros quand même... Ne parlons pas des frites, molles, grasses et courtes. Quant aux morceaux de pain, ils avaient du être coupés dans la baguette d'hier... Ils n'ont pas fait honneur à leur joli nom.

Restaurant situé sur une belle place. Equipe accueillante et surtt très bonne cuisine. Prix plus que correct. À essayer si vous êtes sur Pau.
