A cosy establishment in Pau serving refined French cuisine carefully prepared by chef Cyrille.

Here's a good address close to Les Halles and the Foirail district. Emily welcomes you to a fully renovated 17th-century building. With its large fireplace, the house has a warm, cosy and chic atmosphere. You'll love the combination of duck breast and cocoa, or the creamy polenta. The beef is Angus, the eggs organic. Each plate is carefully prepared, with nothing left to chance. A refined French cuisine to which chef Cyrille, a great traveler, doesn't hesitate to add an exotic touch when he feels like it.

Spent my New Year with a few close friends in Pau and had NYE dinner at Mr&Mrs M highly recommended by friends who’ve been there in summer. It’s a family owned restaurant with cozy environment and service is efficient with professional standard. Food is definitely the highlights of the night and each course just surprised us by different features with complexity layers, Asian touch and beautiful presentations. We had amazing food experience at this homie restaurant and we went back for lunch again before left Pau. I would definitely go back to get surprised by Chef Cyrille once I visit Pau again.
