Absolument parfait, comment une telle adresse peut-elle ne pas avoir d'étoile au Michelin? Cuisine exceptionnelle, recherchée, très équilibrée et surprenante. Chaque plat qui arrive à votre table "entre en scène". Le chef est en plus de cela à l'écoute et près à s'adapter si besoin. Enfin le service est irréprochable et la prestation globale plutot luxueuse est en accord avec la note à payer. A tester absolument.

Very good lunch with my wife - great food quality and prep, good service and the setting is splendid, right in the center of Pau with the added benefit of a green scenery (we lunched on the terrace). Strongly recommend!

Je regrette simplement le décor de la salle, à mourir.

Tout était parfait. Le meilleur restaurant gastronomique à nos yeux. Le menu était parfait. Copieux et goûteux. Ambiance feutrée. Un réel plaisir. Le personnel est au top.a l'image de l'hôtel, du 5 étoiles. Merci au chef Alexandre Paget et à toute son équipe.
