The Mercure Hotel has just been completely renovated. The establishment is even more charming and as welcoming as ever. When you put your bags down, you will enter directly into the history of Pau. From the bright and clear entrance to the small lounges, the good taste is based on a contemporary atmosphere just right to be both sober and irresistible. The rooms, whether standard or privileged, have been built around the history of Henri IV. They are perfectly furnished with notably the headboard with busts of Henri IV and Queen Margot. The interior of the hotel has also changed colors, gray and gold having replaced the orange tones. The bathrooms, resolutely modern, are both functional and elegant. The establishment also has several seminar rooms of different sizes for all kinds of meetings. Finally, how can we not mention again the fabulous swimming pool and its terrace which complete the comfort of the place! Well placed at the exit of the freeway, not far from the Zenith and the Palais des Sports, we like the elegance of the Mercure Hotel and its bistronomic restaurant, La Basse-cour, which allows to eat there. A real favorite!
