Nous avons passé moi et ma compagne 15 jours dans votre hôtel qui fut fort agréable.
Problème:
Nous voulions pouvoir mettre une simple petite salade au frais durant une petite heure avant de manger, sur les petites tables de pique-nique mises à disposition pour la clientèle.
Au moment de me diriger vers l’accueil pour pouvoir demander de mettre nos salades au réfrigérateur une réponse inattendu (NON)
Au vu du montant dépensé, (1500€)et de ne pas pouvoir dîner au restaurant du campanile cause de fermeture, nous pensions au moins pouvoir bénéficier De ce petit service demandé en toute politesse.
Une équipe de femme de ménage au top!
