Since 2016, Pau-based association La Cravate Solidaire has been working to combat discrimination, with a focus on professional integration. Its mission? To support candidates on their path to employment by giving them the keys to success. Thanks to the Coup de Pouce workshop, 3 steps are proposed to boost participants' confidence. Work on your CV, refine your pitch and prepare for the interview. Individual sessions with expert volunteers help participants to master their professional image and recruitment codes, giving them the best chance of landing the job they want. A concrete initiative for a more inclusive future.
