In the heart of the city, it houses an incredible diversity of species and plants, including azaleas, camellias in bloom at the end of winter, small beeches, cypresses and spruces pruned into bonsai trees as well as large redwoods... Of course, the cherry trees in spring are a must-see and the Japanese maples, red and flamboyant, are masterful.
