Restaurant offering a cuisine that follows the seasons with dishes based on fresh products
The cuisine varies according to the seasons and the slate is reworked every three weeks with dishes based on fresh produce. The concept here is to offer you a cuisine that follows the seasons, the arrivals of the boats and also the Chef's desires! You will taste Picardy specialities and products from the bay. No doubt you will fall for a cod-fish loin on a bed of maritime asters and its citrus sauce, cuttlefish between two ways and farm chicken roasted with honey and rosemary. You'll also love the local dessert: the apple rabote (baked in the oven with shortcrust pastry) or the red wine poached pear with its vanilla ice cream.
