Really nice place, nice view and comfort , all staff really friendly and helpful, we had a small issue with the bed of my baby and they changed the bed easily.

3 jours dans cette résidence, appartement 6 personnes avec vue directe sur mer (en supplément et à demander) Prix abordable, accueil sympathique, logement propre et bien équipé, équipement de salle de bain vétuste, pas d'échantillons de shampooing., 2 peignoirs pour un logement de 6 c'est trop peu. Piscine intérieure propre et chauffée, un vrai plus pour les petits et les grands. Résidence calme,. A 2 mn de la rue commerçante, boulangeries, boucherie, supérette, magasins de souvenirs, espace vert pour les chiens, sachets et poubelle a disposition. Parking payant de la résidence qui est appréciable, sinon places de parkings à proximité et gratuite jusqu'au 01/04. St valery sur somme à 20 mn en voiture pour visite de la cité médiévale en Tuk Tuk.

J ai passé un séjour avec mes enfants fort agréable.
Très bon accueil, personnel à l écoute.
Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine intérieure et les activités de la découverte de la Baie.
Très bon emplacement, accès direct à la plage et aux commerces.

Quand on voit l’expérience proposée aux clients dans un établissement dit « premium » on ne peut que s’interroger sur la qualité des autres hébergements. Les logements sont minuscules et sans aucun service parking payant, wifi payant ! Même pas un café offert, canapé lit hors d’âge et pas propre.. ce qu’on appelle un coin nuit pour les enfants sont 2 lits superposés entreposés dans l’entrée (alcôve ça fait plus chic mais c’est un mensonge). La piscine est sale il y a des traces de moisissures partout. Le personnel est soit mutique devant l’insatisfaction des clients soit d’accord en admettant ne pas pouvoir y faire grand chose. En définitive la seule chose de premium c’est le prix, pour la qualité et le service mieux vaut aller ailleurs. Réclamation faite chez Pierre et Vacances qui semble peu s’en émouvoir et offre un avoir comme s’ils s’imaginaient que j’allais leur laisser l’espoir de me décevoir une 2nde fois !
