ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST CHURCH

A gothic style church, with a sumptuous organ by Cavaillé-Coll, and preserving its century bell tower.
The church of Long was entirely rebuilt in 1851, on the model of Notre-Dame de Bon Secours, near Rouen. However, it has kept its 16th century bell tower which still rings the three angelus. The neo-gothic style, the light is present everywhere, thanks to the numerous stained glass windows. The sumptuous organ of the Cavaillé-Coll organ builder fascinates the greatest organists who come from far and wide to play this now extremely rare instrument.
