Acheter un braséro plus trépied avec grille de BBQ fixer à une chaîne. La chaîne s'est cassé a peine un mois après 3 utilisations. Retour au magasin pour échange, on me dit qu'on me rappelle et depuis, aucunes nouvelles. Un vrai foutage de gueule le SAV. Sérieux manque de professionnalisme

Impressions mitigées. Lorsque l'on interroge le personnel du magasin l'on a réellement l'impression de déranger. Les conseils sont réduits à leurs plus simples expressions, à croire que je n'ai eu que des débutants.
