The Winstub Zuem Buerestubel offers a mix of typically Alsatian cuisine and varied suggestions opening up to new horizons, not hesitating to go off the beaten track. The decor is warm and inviting. As soon as you walk through the door, you're seated comfortably and your aperitif is brought to you. Don't miss the homemade fleischnakas with cream and bacon sauce and, for dessert, the homemade kougelhopf with gewürztraminer marc.
