In a beautiful building with typical architectural taste of the twentieth century, Le Bristol, in the city center of Niederbronn, has 27 comfortable rooms, with wooden furniture and decoration. The meal is served in one of the two restaurants in the restaurant. Une carte de mets bien équilibrée. De splendides salades estivales. Des viandes maturées pour les "carnivores".une carte de vins bien fournie avec bien du choix au verre. Pour finir, le café gourmand:un délice , le tout dans une très elle ambiance. On y fera le détour ou bien on y installera sa cantine, les deux versions sont possible.
