Oyez, oyez! Lovers of good local produce (cheese and charcuterie are king here) and medievalism: welcome to Au Bouton qui saute, an authentic tavern on the border between Béarn and the Basque country. Célia and Jonathan welcome you with their characteristic generosity! The menu features cheese specialities such as raclette au couteau, croque-monsieur and baked Camembert, not forgetting the platters! The tavern is housed in an old house where the simplicity of wood and stone is a welcome sight. It's a great place to get off the beaten track. Simple, original and welcoming, it's everything we love!

Très bel endroit avec sa déco rustique qui nous met vraiment dans l'ambiance d'une taverne. On s'est régalés les petits comme les grands, du début à la fin ! de la planche de charcuterie à partager jusqu'à la glace artisanale ! Je recommande ce restaurant qui mérite d'être connu et reconnu !
