Restaurant offering a simple but always tasty cuisine
Louis XI was also known as "le prudent". A fitting nickname for this small, unpretentious restaurant where the cuisine is simple but always tasty. In the dining room with its open kitchen, or on the pleasant terrace overlooking the pedestrian square, you can try the unmissable ficelle picarde, fillet of beef pavé with vegetables of the moment, back of cod, among other tasty dishes. The icing on the cake: desserts and a warm welcome for children, who will want to come back again and again!

restaurant binnengestapt vanwege de goede reviews.
Als alleen reizende vrouw vroeg ik om een tafel voor 1 persoon aan de barman voorin het restaurant. Deze riep de serveerster achterin en vroeg of het kon. “Nee, het kan niet.” Jammer dan zoek ik wel verder.
Achter mij stapten 3 mensen naar binnen en vroegen of er een tafel was voor drie personen. “Ja het kan!”
Ik vroeg dan de ober hoe het mogelijk was dat er een tafel beschikbaar was voor deze mensen maar niet voor mij. “Ja mevrouw, wij moeten omzet maken.”
Ik stelde de ober voor om bij deze mensen aan tafel te schuiven om toch iets te kunnen eten waardoor hij heel ongemakkelijk werd.
Maar ik koos natuurlijk om verder te gaan zoeken en slaagde gewoon bij hun wel klantvriendelijke buren.
