VIADUC
The Faye viaduct is on the postmark that the Post Office prints on each letter sent from the post office.
Among Poix's monuments, the two-lane La Faye viaduct, built of brick masonry, is a must-see. Impressive at first glance, it may appear a little fragile, but this is not the case, despite being over 150 years old (it was built in 1866). Several of its arches were destroyed in the First and Second World Wars, but it was restored in 1940. The people of Poix are very proud of their viaduct, so much so that it features on the postmark printed on every letter sent from the post office!
