La Laiterie de la Baie is a dairy workshop located in Ponthoile, between Saint Valéry sur Somme and Le Crotoy, in the heart of the Baie de Somme. Dairywomen Christelle, Floriane and Marie transform the milk from their farm into a variety of artisanal dairy products. Their products include crème fraîche, sweet and semi-salted churn butter, bottled whole milk, buttermilk, fromage frais, faisselle, spiced fromage frais, yoghurts and dairy desserts, as well as mature cheeses such as Tommes de Romaine, Ponticuli, Romain and Fleurs. Laiterie de la Baie also offers an online store for easy shopping.
