La Laiterie de la Baie is a dairy producer located in Ponthoile. The dairy farm is located in the heart of the Baie de Somme, between Saint Valéry sur Somme and Le Crotoy. The dairywomen, Christelle, Floriane and Marie, transform the milk from the farm into a variety of dairy products such as crème fraîche, hand-molded churn butter, bottled whole milk, beaten milk, fromage frais, faisselle, fresh cheeses with spices, yogurts and dairy desserts, as well as ripened cheeses such as Tommes de Romaine, Ponticuli, Romain and Fleurs. Laiterie de la Baie also offers an online store where visitors can purchase its products.
