Restaurant focused on local specialities where the traditional dishes are excellent and good value for money.
A simple, friendly and authentic place. A small grocery store at the entrance, followed by a bar decorated with bullfight posters and bull busts and then the restaurant, a large room with old-fashioned furniture, timeless hunting trophies, a elaborate chest at the back, Comtoise clocks: Françoise awaits you there and the atmosphere is already a delight. If the bar opens at 6am, at noon a restaurant based on local specialities is offered, starting with the garbure! The delicatessen plate, ham-egg-piperade or confit, but also traditional brewery dishes such as stuffed mussels or butter snails. The six plates combined are particularly interesting, including the one with duck breast, gizzards, belly, cheese and chips or the Rebenacquoise with hot goat cheese, tomatoes, asparagus, ham, fried egg and chips. The preparations are excellent and very good value for money. In addition, this restaurant has been awarded the Diplôme d'honneur des Relais routiers! A very good address in Béarn.
