Ferme du Petit Bas Champ, located in Quend, is a farm-produce store selling beef and pork. Owner Alexandre Loye raises Aubrac and Montbéliarde cows and pigs on straw. The animals are fed with grass from the meadows and cereals produced on the farm, guaranteeing quality meat. Products are available by the case or retail. Caissettes include a variety of cuts of meat for grilling or cooking. However, tours of the farm are available on request. For those unable to visit the farm, products are also available online and in a farmers' store in Glisy. Customers have praised the quality of the meat and the owner's warm welcome.
