Le Hibou is an adventure with two Ls: those of Loris and Laura, two enthusiasts based in Rosières-en-Santerre. The idea here is to offer local, fresh, seasonal, colorful and Samarian cuisine, working with local produce and highlighting everyday foods. Well, the gamble has paid off handsomely: the duck terrine with wild garlic and calvados, for example, is extremely tasty, as is the blood orange and tarragon macaroon for dessert. A wonderful adventure that we hope will continue!
