Restaurant serving local produce on the quayside just outside the medieval town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme.
If you like authenticity, you won't be disappointed at this restaurant, which is easy to spot on leaving the medieval town thanks to the hotel it belongs to! The chef likes to offer traditional recipes, such as onion soup au gratin or oxtail terrine with gribiche sauce, as well as comforting dishes such as poule au pot, a fine fish stew or rack of lamb... The decor is both refined and refined. The interior courtyard is a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of this busy area.
