It boasts a full range of facilities, including a marine circuit, with a 300 m² seawater pool heated to 33°C, overlooking the beach through a spectacular set of windows (underwater jets, goosenecks, swim lanes, Scottish waterfalls, etc.), a sauna, a steam room and a fitness area with aquagym, gymnastics, yoga and Pilates classes. With special offers all year round.

I made several stays in this centre and I appreciated. quiet, proper, good standing, great views of the bay. I particularly popular when I was pregnant. Nice aerobics classes. If you want to stay and make a cure without in their hotel, I recommend the rental studio 3* located 150m from the thalassotherapy centre by the beach to see: http://saintjeandeluz.monsite-orange.fr/. Rebuilt in neud in 2011. Beautiful service.
The trick: you enter the thalassotherapy centre at discounted prices every Sunday evening from 17:30 I believe to the baths, hammam, sauna etc...

Treatments for all tastes, only problem, you can not choose the treatments to make, they have established plannings and you are at the current treatments that will be given to you that one week front.

J was likely to 4 thalassotherapy days in this expetionnel center. Thalassotherapy very well organised, treatments, pool, massage. Gourmet cuisine in top accommodation. Really nothing to complain about.
