Address near the port where the fish is honored with everything home-made for the gustatory pleasure.
If you like real Koskera hake - delicious - Spanish-style, the Marmite du pêcheur, chipirons with ink or parsley, you'll love our two partners, Yvan in the kitchen and Nicolas serving. Here, it's all about fish (his grandfather was a fisherman) with a Basque sauce, all "homemade" with the port nearby. Having fallen into the world of fish when he was a boy, Yvan, after a tour of Europe and some of France's top restaurants, has returned to his roots for our gustatory pleasure, in the Halles district, a meeting place for gourmets from Luz and beyond.
