Etxe Nami is an unusual surprise. This establishment draws on the best of local produce to serve you excellent traditional Japanese cuisine. In a 200 m² space, you'll find 2 distinct but closely linked areas, one cultural and the other gastronomic, faithful to Japanese culture in a zen, uncluttered atmosphere. In the plates, the eye and the taste offer themselves to you. If we tell you that the site is a tearoom, you won't be surprised to find some exceptional pastries. A hybrid place, with a subtle blend of different worlds.

I had the udon noodles which were cooked with squash, an exquisite combination, with an excellent soup base! We paired our meals with sides of sashimi (trout), fried cod and pork which was fusion at its best, marrying the fresh Basque ingredients with Japanese cooking styles.
This is the place to go if you are in the area! I will be coming back!
