Traditional Italian restaurant, located in the heart of Saint-Jean de Luz in the Basque Country.
authentic Italian cuisine respectful of the culinary heritage of the great boot.
The pizza dough is worked in an artisanal way with pre-fermentations, mother yeast and with exceptional Italian flours that we leave to mature for a minimum of 48 hours. We roll out the dough by hand in the respect of the tradition.
Italy is our passion, we are happy to share with you after each of our trips and meetings with producers, the flavors and authenticity of this country through your plates.
All our dishes are made with fresh products imported directly from Italy and will delight you: wood-fired pizza, risotto, carpaccio, pasta, tiramisù, gelati ....
A high quality "grocery" corner is proposed in the restaurant with a selection of products that we use regularly.
