The challenge has been met, with a multi-talented brigade featuring seasonal produce from local farmers and market gardeners. Two concepts: lunchtime with market cuisine that evolves, and evening when you take the time to enjoy gourmet cuisine worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Xaya also offers a home chef.

On vient de tester le menu gastronomique pour le déjeuner, un régal du début à la fin! Et la cuisine s’affine, elle est subtile et toujours avec des produits locaux irréprochables. Nous sommes des habitués heureux, contents de retrouver Fred et son accueil et son sourire, et la cuisine du chef qui évolue si bien.
