A little way from the most touristy streets of the city of Luz, take a gourmet break in this establishment with its temperamental cuisine, a menu of land-sea suggestions using local and seasonal produce: Pyrenean trout rillettes, ham plank, hake from the local fish market à la biscayenne, saithe... citrus swimming with its small sorbet, to end on a light note. Excellent repas. Le turbot était parfait. Mieux vaut réserver. Nous conseillons vivement ce nouveau restaurant à St jean de Luz.

La carta estaba en francés pero Carla la camarera nos tradujo todo perfectamente. La comida estaba rica y su atención fue excelente.

Adresse repérée grâce aux commentaires qui, il faut le constater, étaient juste. La serveuse adorable, de bon conseil sur tout le service. Les plats originaux, délicieux, copieux pour une addition légère. C'est un restaurant remarquable auquel vous devez vous rendre si vous passez par Saint jean de luz !
