A little way from the most touristy streets of the city of Luz, take a gourmet break in this establishment with its temperamental cuisine, a menu of land-sea suggestions using local and seasonal produce: Pyrenean trout rillettes, ham plank, hake from the local fish market à la biscayenne, saithe... citrus swimming with its small sorbet, to end on a light note. And here, we're breaking away from classic, traditional menus! At the helm with 4 hands, Carla and Charles, an efficient and very friendly duo.

Apéritif maison « roi » excellent !
Plats faits maison délicieux : en entrée ( boudin noir et sa compotée ou champignon farci )
Ensuite lotte et jambon, tagliatelles fraîches ou chipirons , jambon , riz, poivrons rouges .
Ce sont les plats que nous avons dégustés mais il y en a d’autres!
Bravo à vous restaurateurs , continuez ainsi !!
