A little way from the most touristy streets of the city of Luz, take a gourmet break in this establishment with its temperamental cuisine, a menu of land-sea suggestions using local and seasonal produce: Pyrenean trout rillettes, ham plank, hake from the local fish market à la biscayenne, saithe... citrus swimming with its small sorbet, to end on a light note. And here, we're breaking away from classic, traditional menus! At the helm with 4 hands, Carla and Charles, an efficient and very friendly duo.

La serveuse était aux petits soins du début à la fin du repas, la carte certe petite mais d’une qualité merveilleuse. Nous nous sommes régalés !!
