Renovated hotel offering a diversity for its elaborate cuisine at low prices in the brasserie and gourmet dishes in the restaurant.

It's an invitation to travel, with the ocean as your panorama, aboard a gastronomic liner bound for a world of flavors. In a luminous setting and friendly atmosphere, the chef, or rather the "captain" of the ship, Nicolas Borteyru, takes you on a voyage of bistronomic cuisine, with exceptional dishes: beef cheek confit, scallop carpaccio, Pigeonneau de chez Garat, stuffed cabbage, cod in green cabbage leaves... The chef sets the standard for exceptional cuisine.

Grande déception, pas de véritable saveur, même le persil était flétri !!!!
Pas de justification du montant réglé : 190 euros pour 3 adultes.
Nous n'y reviendrons pas et n'inciterons personne à cette expérience lamentable

Grande terrasse et grande salle très propre. Difficile de trouver l'entrée du restaurant. Les assiettes étaient très bien présentées toutefois notre entrée était très froide (trop froide, elle semblait sortie du frigo très froid) et notre plat pas assez chaud. Une attention particulière par rapport à mon allergie au gluten et au lactose. Le petit pain sans gluten était divin. Le prix est cher par rapport à la quantité car trop minimaliste à notre goût. Nous avions faim en sortant. Pas pris de dessert vu le prix et les quantités.

La terrasse est dégagée et spacieuse. Le service se veut très efficace et cordial. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, les produits sont très frais et les assiettes sont originales. L'atmosphère n'est pas pittoresque (ambiance hôtel) mais ceci ne nous a pas dérangé. Le menu à 25 Euros était très bon mais il aurait fallu en avoir un peu davantage dans l'assiette. Un restaurant bon pour la ligne et le palais.
