Het is een heel mooi en prettig hotel om te verblijven. Het personeel, het zijn er veel, is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn netjes geprijsd, maar al de rest is te duur. De prijs/kwaliteit van het ontbijt, restaurant en de parking zijn niet goed. Jammer voor de mensen die er werken en voor de klanten die het moeten betalen. De spa is heel mooi en ik had een erg goede sportmassage, ook goed aan de prijs, maar die was het me wel waard. Mijn auto werd bij vertrek netjes voorgereden, maar was erg vuil geworden, de parking voor dit geld is wel een groot????

Nous y avons seulement déjeuner. La terrasse offre une très belle vue sur la mer. Le personnel est attentionné mais je suis vraiment désolée la cuisine est quelconque. Dommage . Le cadre est exceptionnel mais ce n’est pas l’essentiel… j’ai même mal à trouver une similitude avec les photos du site et nos plats. J’aurais vraiment préféré mettre 5 étoiles

Bon, je n'ai pratiqué que le restaurant et non l'hôtel lui-même. Magnifique vue sur la baie, sur une terrasse divisée en deux : à gauche, la partie restaurant et à droite la partie dédiée à qui souhaite se restaurer sur le pouce ; dans un cas comme dans l'autre, ce n'est pas donné, mais ça en vaut la peine. Seul bémol, l'attente, mais le serveur s'est confondu en excuses.

En vacances sur Saint jean de luz, nous ne pouvions pas manquer cet hôtel-restaurant. On a donc profité de son restaurant. Un vrai plaisir, un plat bien équilibré dans ses saveurs et une cuisson parfaite su poisson. Quand au dessert (finger chocolat), digne d'un étoilé, le restaurant n'en est pas loin à mon humble avis. Merci pour ce bon moment. J'ajoute aussi que le service à été parfait.
