ACADÉMIE INTERNATIONALE DE MUSIQUE MAURICE RAVEL
Go there and contact
Thanks to the donation of Alexandre Taverne, the composer's heir, Pierre Larramendy, the first magistrate of the time, founded this academy in 1967, with the aim of perpetuating the musician's memory, but also of constituting a true living conservatory of French music. In the memory of Maurice Ravel, it participates in the training of young French and international virtuosos and the public Masters Classes or concert series honour them through a French repertoire that you can enjoy for a 2019 programme to be consulted on the academy's website. The concerts take place in new venues, renowned artists but also old and young talents in training are waiting for you: don't miss them!
