Sébastien et Maxime nous ont organisé, hier soir, une dégustation privée pour notre petit groupe de 14 pax. Le thème choisi était les Vins espagnols. Nous avons découvert 2 vins rouges (Rioja et catalan) et 2 vins Blancs (un de Galice et un autre catalan). La dégustation venait accompagnée de produits basques: charcuterie et fromages. Une mention spéciale au pâté en croûte qui était délicieux !! La dégustation était très intéressante et enrichissante. Maxime et Sébastien ont été bienveillants et très patients car une partie du groupe était un peu dissipée..... Un grand merci aussi pour avoir eu la gentillesse de préparer un houmous maison pour palier l allergie de mon chéri ! Ils ont une très grande sélection de vins, si je ne me trompe pas, plus de 800 références, toutes issues de Petits vignobles. Une belle découverte. Nous viendrons prendre nos vins chez vous ! Merci
