DOLCE VITA
A small Italian chef's restaurant with a kitchen opening onto a small dining room and a limited menu based on seasonal produce
Italian chef Pietro is the one-man band at his new restaurant in old Angoulême. From service to kitchen, he's on his own, and that's quite a feat when you consider the care given to each person's needs.
The kitchen opens onto a small dining room with a few tables, creating an intimate setting that invites conviviality. The plates are generous. Enjoy the moment with a local wine, Italian-flavored linguine or tiramisu. The menu is limited to seasonal products, some from Italy. A small restaurant with a big heart.
