Turkish cuisine is in the spotlight and brilliantly represented in Cappadocia. The welcome of the couple of managers is warm and very professional; the two floors are nicely decorated and the service is fast. The main terrace overlooks a busy street, but upstairs, you can enjoy a balcony for a quieter, higher meal! Sacred best kebab in France and strongly recommended by Angoulême lovers, the meat of the sandwiches and the many grills are delicious. The establishment also offers vegetarian dishes. Salads or mezzés (vegetable caviars, hummus, stuffed vine leaves...) are perfect for a lighter meal. If the kebab sandwich is usually ordered to be taken away, we stay to eat on the spot with pleasure in this charming restaurant!
