C'est une chaîne dictée par un groupe, et nous ne le savions pas au départ en réservant,il est rattaché à l'hôtel mercure....
On est très loin d'un restaurant gastronomique, si ce n'est pour le prix à débourser....
(Gravelax ) la chai du saumon insipide .!... et le plat ( poulpe ) indestructible à la mâche .Risotto que ne mangerai pas des bagnards ! .. Bon déssert ...
Le dessert était sympa.
