Avant toute visite il faut se rendre à l'office de tourisme et celui d'Angouleme est bien situé et facile d'accès. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant, et pas avare de renseignements. Avec les informations et documents reçus nous avons pu entamer notre visite et ne rien rater.
