Emilie and Patrice, "cheese chouchouteurs" as they like to define, will serve and advise in this small paddock dedicated mainly to charentais cheeses. Goats are in honour and come directly from the farms of local producers selected by the young passionate couple. They have a duty to personally know all their suppliers and to go back to the source of their customers'remarks to constantly improve the products offered and innovate according to the possibilities.
