Op een doorreis van Nederland naar Spanje zag ik dat ik langs ARS kwam, als Plantation rum liefhebber is een tussenstop bij Masion Ferrand dus zo gemaakt, zonder afspraak en op de gok aangebeld of ze open waren voor bezoekers. We werden vriendelijk geholpen door een medewerker, nodigde ons uit om naar binnen te komen en vertelde de geschiedenis van de Plantation. Omdat ze grote verbouwing houden was een bezoek aan de fabriek helaas niet mogelijk maar kregen een uitnodiging voor volgend jaar om langs te komen. Mooie flessen rum gekocht en op weg naar een volgend avontuur in de Rioja gebied ????
