This gastronomic restaurant will amaze you with the quality of its cuisine and products. Fabrice Morel, the chef, serves a succulent medallion of beef tenderloin, wellington of veal breast with foie gras, glazed top carrots and vanilla flavoured pumpkin flank, Perigourdine sauce or a combination of semi-cooked and pan-fried foie gras in a terrine, crunchy gingerbread with candied fruit and its dried duck breast lichettes . A real treat! For dessert the hot passion fruit soufflé, macaroon stuffed with orange ganache is not bad at all. Eleven comfortable rooms allow you to concoct a very pleasant stay. Rooms to which we must add since 2011 a whole complex for your well-being: sauna, hammam, gym and also pedicure, manicure and modelling treatments! Mmmmmm. Just relax...
