This little church kept the traces of a rare burial custom, because destined to be temporary. When the lord of a parish died, a black band was drawn, called a litre, on the inner side of the church. The arms of the family were apposait on this band. Here is the funéraire of François VI of the Rochefoucauld, author of the famous maxims, who remain on the north wall with a double crest surmounted by a ducal crown adorned with a mélusine. This painting is 1680, the date of the death of François VI.
