Un des rares établissements encore ouvert un mercredi soir (20h) à St Jean pied de port ! Quelle chance car c'était vraiment très bon, de l'entrée au dessert en passant par du vin à la carte (à des tarifs défiant toute concurrence !)
J'ai adoré les truitelles ????, l'épaule d'agneau ???? finement tranchée et le fromage ????
Le serveur était très sympa, souriant. Un dîner parfait !
