Cooking is a family affair in the Arrambide family. Philippe and Sandrine perpetuate the history and spirit of this house, a veritable gastronomic institution inseparable from the city and starred in for many years. Today, brother and sister work in tandem. Menus of the moment with dishes that transcend local and seasonal produce: pan-fried scallops and girolles, hare à la royale, roast pigeon and equally subtle desserts like mascarpone sabayon... A festival of flavors!
