One of the best views in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. This restaurant is run by Julie and Stéphane, and their traditional 4-handed cuisine is as refined and generous as ever, with dishes that taste just right and are cooked to perfection, all in a pleasant, bright setting. Depending on the season, you'll love the pan of braised foie gras escalopes, the plank of ham to share, the filet of sea bream a la plancha or the cream of mushroom, ventrèche and potimarron, the veal medallion with amaxti sauce, and finally the marble cake and mousse.

Para comer o cenar no puedo opinar, pero para tomarte algo a las 19h, fatalmente, el camarero no nos ha dejado sentarnos fuera, cuando todo el mundo estaba en la terraza con cervezas/refrescos/vinos sin ningún tipo de alimento y aún quedaban sitios. Nos ha dicho que dentro y encima de pie. Cuando ya habíamos terminado de bebernos los refrescos si es cierto que otro de los camareros (más amable) nos ha ofrecido mesa fuera. Pero ya pasábamos de quedarnos allí.
