This restaurant is run by Julie and Stéphane, and their traditional 4-handed cuisine is as refined and generous as ever, with dishes that taste just right and are cooked to perfection, all in a pleasant, bright setting. Depending on the season, you'll love the pan of braised foie gras escalopes, the plank of ham to share, the filet of sea bream a la plancha or the cream of mushroom, ventrèche and potimarron, the veal medallion with amaxti sauce, and finally the marble cake and mousse.
